Yes, our mobile apps are currently available on iOS & Android.

You will need to first sign up for a challenge via the web where you will create a user account on checkout. Once you have entered the challenge, please use the email address and password selected to login to the app.

You can log your progress on our website and mobile apps.

After logging your progress the challenge totals and leaderboards will update. Logging your progress is optional but you must log at least one activity to appear in the leaderboards.

Collectively we are aiming to reach a goal so we encourage you to log your progress to help us achieve and beat the target!

1 Mile = 10 Points
1,000m Swim = 6.2 Points
10 Min Workout = 6.2 Points
1 Cycle Mile = 3.33 Points

You can log any activity from the start date of your challenge, even if you signed up at a later date.

We recommend uploading a summary of evidence for each activity once per day.

Please go to the “My Account” tab, tap the icon in the top right corner to logout. Log back in and the issue will be resolved.

We have identified an occasional glitch with our iOS app which is causing duplicate activity to be synced by Apple Health. If this happens to you, please disable Auto-Sync and let us know by filling out the form below – we will clear the duplicate activity from your profile for you.

Please do ensure that you have the latest version of our iOS & Android app installed.

Please login to our website or your challenge website.
Go to My Account > My Activity and click the edit button beside the activity.

Android App
Go to the activity tab and click the pencil icon beside the activity.

iOS App
Go to the activity tab and swipe to delete the activity. Once deleted, you can log it again.

Get Active Challenges are online active campaigns for companies, charities and individuals that centre around physical and mental well being, team engagement and charity fundraising through physical activities.

You will earn a specially designed and themed medal by signing up and participating in a challenge which is usually organised by your organisation.

In general, we aim to dispatch your beautifully commissioned medal to you within 2 weeks of the end of the challenge. To find out when your challenge ends, please speak to your company representative or contact us.

Yes – absolutely. It is essential that we all follow the government rules which are available here.

To submit evidence as an individual and participate in our leaderboards you must go through the signup process to create a unique account with a unique email address. Therefore, if you are a parent wanting to enter with your child, you will first need to create one account and make payment, followed by another account and another payment.
